Our industrial machines range from 3Hp High Vacuum CNC collectors to 20Hp Direct Drive and Pulley Drive collectors. Efficient, reliable, and with superior dust filtration. CNC routers have particular demands for dust collection because of high speed cutter heads and flexible hoses. Standard dust collectors just don't do an adequate job. That's why Oneida went to the drawing board and specifically engineered our high vac systems to work with CNC machines. Why? Our high suction keeps cutter heads dust free even at high speeds and through small diameter flex hose. This extends cutter head life allowing our customers to realize a higher return on investment. Our high vacuum collectors are excellent at collecting and filtering MDF dust with high air flow to filter surface area ratios. Our filter media is rated to capture 99.9% of wood dust particulate between 0.2 - 2 microns. Oneida engineers its high vacuum collectors to have a small footprint which is a perfect application for nested based manufacturing.

Oneida uses New York Blower Direct Drive and Pulley Drive Fan Systems in our 5 - 20Hp collectors. Oneida chose New York Blower because of their state of the art design and high level of quality and performance. Since 1889, New York Blower has been designing and building fans and blowers to move air in all types of commercial/industrial applications.

Oneida's belt drive systems can be purchased in both radial and enclosed wheel configurations. The speed can be adjusted plus or minus 100 RPM with a factory installed adjustable motor pulley and can be mounted outside for improved noise and vibration isolation. Our direct drive systems are compact, efficient and low maintenance. They also offer the benefit of no interconnecting ductwork between the blower and cyclone.
